Our Developments

We were forced to become developers because we were not satisfied with the quality of properties available to purchase in the open market. This created a relentless focus for our developments to provide users an exceptional, authentic experience at an affordable price.

In creating residential and retail experiences, our common areas provide residents with numerous opportunities to connect in unique, intimate as well as casual settings. The health of our residents is paramount, so we provide more natural light through bigger windows and taller ceilings, and put extra attention and costs into our envelope and siding to ensure good air quality. Perhaps most importantly, we demand that our management crews strive to be uncommonly service oriented for the benefit of our residents.

We understand that peoples’ time is precious and it is our privilege to honor that and creatively provide rich and genuine experiences for their body and soul.

Paul Rudinsky

Paul began his law practice at Stoel, Rives, working mostly in corporate litigation. After leaving private practice, Paul was in charge of all corporate development at Diamond Wood Products (a family owned company), including industrial development of new mills and timber acquisitions. After Weyerhaeuser purchased Diamond Wood in 1995, Paul focused on other ventures including real estate development and investment. Since 2010, Paul has overseen the development or acquisition of 10 properties for the family owned company, The Willamette Valley Company, as well as numerous properties for his own family. In total, Paul has been involved in the development or investment of over 650 multi-family units, retail properties (both grocery anchor and small strips), and some office properties. While many of the multi-family development projects consisted of high-end units, they have also involved workforce housing as well. When Paul is not developing properties, he is hiking, traveling, surfing, kayaking, snowmobiling or spending time with his family.
